 Training Materials Are Now Available

 What Training Materials Are Available Now?

 There are several courses available in Blackboard. The courses that you need to take will populate in Blackboard - not all employees will see all courses listed below.

  • Workday Fundatmentals and Navigation - Computer-Training (CBT)
  • Employee Self-Service - Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) /Demo Videos
  • Manager Self-Service - Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)/Demo Videos
  • HCM01 - HCM Core Concepts - Computer-Based Training (CBT)

   How Do I Access The Training Materials?

 The courses will be available on Blackboard and are pre-assigned based on your security role. The recommended browser for Blackboard is Google Chrome.

  1. Navigate to myapps.microsoft.com.

  2. Login with your institution credentials for Office 365. You may be prompted to authenticate via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or set up MFA if you have not           done so previously.

  3. Locate and click the "Workday Training" Icon from the available applications list. (You may have to scroll down to see the icon)

  4. You will automatically be logged into Blackboard.

  5. The courses that have been assigned to you will appear in the "Courses: Quick View" area.

 

 Please note:   Any employees hired  AFTER  March 27, 2020, should expect a delay in access to Workday training materials.  Those employees will be notified once materials   are available.

  

The Workday implementation will provide for more efficient HR processes by streamlining benefits administration, recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, time tracking, payroll accounting and processing, as well as terminations, transfers, and retirement administration, all under one umbrella utilizing one system.
