Maintenance
and Status

Workday is unavailable from 1 to 5 a.m. every Saturday for routine maintenance. Additional maintenance is scheduled quarterly or on an as-needed basis and can cause outages for up to eight hours at a time.

View the Workday Maintenance Calendar for a schedule of planned downtimes, or look at the Workday Services Status Monitor if you are having an issue with Workday.


Self-Service
and Training

Training for Workday can be found on UAF Workday Resources.  This includes self-service how-tos (for employees and managers), Finance and HCM training, tips and troubleshooting specific to the Fayetteville campus.  Select the category you need. Your UARK login (Single-Sign-On) is required.
