Maintenance
and Status

Workday is unavailable from 1 to 5 a.m. every Saturday for routine maintenance. Additional maintenance is scheduled quarterly or on an as-needed basis and can cause outages for up to eight hours at a time.

Self-Service
and Training

The University of Arkansas System provides Workday Learning, available from the Applications list on your Workday home screen.

For self-service how-tos, tips and troubleshooting specific to the Fayetteville campus, select the category you need. Your UARK login is required. 

Help and Support

Before submitting a ticket, please review the self-service and training information linked above. To check on the status of a ticket, email the Workday Integrated Support team with the ticket number. For more information, visit the Help Portal.

Note: Security Role Requests no longer go through the Workday Help Portal. Please use the new Request Function in Workday.
