How to Get Workday Help
Before submitting a ticket, please visit the Workday Integrated Support Training Page. This page is a repository for all current Workday-related training materials for HR and Finance processes, as well as general Employee and Manager Self-Service topics. You can also access UA System-wide training via the Workday Learning Application (available via the Workday homepage).
If there is a topic you need training materials for, but do not see a Quick-Reference Guide, please email email@example.com so that we can add it to our Training Development list.
- Security Role Requests: These should no longer go through the Help Portal. Instead, please utilize the new Request Function in Workday. The QRG for this process is found here.
- Changing Payment Elections: In order to change your payment elections, you must either be on campus using the secured University internet or if off campus using the University VPN GlobalProtect.
- Change Work Location: For instructions on how to update your Work Location, please reference the QRG here. Many have expressed that they were not able to update their work location in Workday.
- Certain areas in Finance are now holding regularly scheduled Office Hours. These sessions can be found on the training calendar here. These are great opportunities for you to ask questions, or gain assistance on specific issues you are experiencing.
NOTE: The Workday Integrated Support Team is in the process of revamping our Help Portal process, as well as the categories our campus users can choose from. Our hope is to make this process more intuitive and streamlined, so that our central offices can answer questions and resolve issues quickly. During this transition, we understand that there have been delays in the Help ticket responses, and want to thank you for your understanding.
